Per a unanimous vote of the City Council the bids were remanded to the
City Manager and Fire Chief for their recommendations.

PROPOSAL A representative from Palm Beach County was not present to disuss the
"Health Care" proposal they have placed on the November 8, 1988, General
Election Ballot. The Council requested the City Managei ccntact the
County to reschedule this presentation.

The Workshop Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida,
was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 8:CO P.M. in the Assembly Room of
the Municipal Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens.
Florida: and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL
The Denuty City Clerk called the roll and present were: Mayor Feeney,
Vice Mayor Martino, Councilman Aldred, Councilwoman Monroe and Councilman
Kiselewski.

FIRE ENGINE
The City Manager opened and read the following 4 bids received for a Fire
Engine with 1250 GPM Pump Capacity, as advertised 812AI88:

1. Harold's Sales & Service, Marietta, Ga - Request 2 week bid extension
The City Attorney stated the City Council could not grant an extension
on a bid due to deadlines.
