Mayor Feeney wa, not in attendance due to being out of torn and Councilman Aldrad ,;a, not in attendance aue to another cominitment. I HIM The City Council approved, as written. the minutes for tie following meetings: Special Regular Meeting of 2/29/88; Regular Meeting of 3/3/88: Special Regular Fleeting of 3;10 /8E; ';cr,, hop Meeting of 3 /i0 /88; and Regular Meeting of 3/10188. Per the request of the City Manager, the City Council unanimously approved payment of $4,065.00 Lo the Palm Beach Post Times to cover advertising costs for the recent annexation. Resolution 25, 1988, was unanimously approved by the City Council. s'e ' ^� + Vice Mayor Martino declared the Public Hearing open, which was advertised 312/88 and held on the intent --F Ordinance 8, 1988, amending the City's Zoning Codes, providing for the sale of alcoholic beverages, for off- premise consumption, and for on- premise consumption when in conjunction Frith a restaurant, as a permitted use. There being no comments from the public, Vice Mayor Martino declared t e Public Hearing closed. Per a unanimous vote of the City Council the City Clerk read, by title only, on second and final reading, Ordinance 8, 1988. Ordinance 9, 1988, was unanimously adopted by the City Council. Vice Mayor Martino declared the Public Hearing open, which was advertised 3/2/38 and held on the intent of Ordinance 10, 1983, mod fving the "Oakbrook Corporate Centre" PUD (f /k /a "The Financial Center" PUD) created 9/25186 by Ordinance 17, 1986, within 14.14 -acre parcel on the southwest corner of PGA Boulevard & U.S. Highway 1, providing for the maximum of one year's location of a modular unit for routine business of Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., while the permanent structure they will be leasing is under construction. There being no coments from the public, Vice Mayor Martino declared the Public Hearing closed. Ordinance 10, 1988, was adopted by the City Council by a vote of 2 ayes and 1 nay. Councilwoman Monroe cast the nay votes, stating she has con- sistently vote,' agains+ t ?mpo-ary buildings, and will - ontinue to until the Council has a policy on this issue. #0 .
