was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 8:55 p.m., subsequent to a Special

Municipal Leaque on behalf of C -;cm oilman Aldred's reappointment to the
Countywide Plannino Council, vice Navor Martino stated that after a brief
discussion, the Municipal League appointed tha City Manager of Jupiter, a
non - elected official, to the Countywide Plannino Council in lieu of
Councilman Aldred's reapoointment. It was tie concensus of the City
Council to write a letter to the Municioal League requesting a chap,- in
their vntinq procedures.

Council if it was because they felt he could do a better job, however, if

Vice Mayor Martino reported that on March 11, 1988, the Countv f"ommission
