The Special Regular Meet„nq of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens,

Assembly Room at the Municipal Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm
Peach (.krdens, Florida; and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the
Flag.
ROLL CALL
The Deputy City Clerk called the roll and present were: Vice Mayor
Martino, Councilman Aldred, and Councilwoman Monroe. Mayor Feeney and
Councilman Kiselewski were out of town.
RESOLUTIONS
OLUTION 20,1988
Per a unanimous vote of the City Council, Resolution 20, 1988, appointing
the Mayor and Vice Mayor of the City, was recessed until March 24, 1988,
so that all members of the City Council could vote.
RESOLUTION ?_1,1988
Per a unanimous vote of the City Council, Resolution 21, 1988, setting
forth those persons who are authorized to sign and countersign checks on
all rank accounts of the City, was recessed until March 24, 1938, so that
all members of the City Council could vote.
RESOLUTION 2.2,1988
Per a unanimous vote of the City Council, the Deputy City Clerk re6d, b;
title only, Resolution 22, 1988, declaring the results of the City's
Special Referendum Elections. Vice Mayor Martino thanked the City admi-
nistration, and employees for the work that was done to make this a suc-
cessful election. Vice Mayor Martino thanked the residents of the City
and the areas to be annexed for the confidence that have placed in the
City Council. Vice Mayor Martino welcomed the new residents of Woodberry

Resolution 22, 1988, was unanimously approved by the City Council.
SERVICE TO
ANNEXATION AREAS Per the recommendation of the City Manager the City Council unanimously
approved providing services, excluding garbage and trash service, to the
.iaodberry Lakes annexation area, effective March 11, 1088. Th, °esidents
in this area will receive garbage and trash service from the City of Palm
Beach Gardens on October 1, 1988, since they have already paid the County
for these services through September 30, 1938.
Per the recommendation of the City Manager the City Council unanimously
voted to not to provide City services to the Steeplechase annexation area
until the current litigation from Palm Beach County is resolved.
