was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 11:21 P.M., subsecuent to a
workshop Meeting, in the Assembly Room of the Municipal Complex, 10500
North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The Deputy City Clerk called the roll and present were: Mayor Feeney,
vice Mayor Martino, Councilwoman Monroe, and Councilman Kiselewski.
Councilman Aldred was out -of -town.
Upon the recommendation of the City Manager, the City Council unanimously
approved the bid from MacDonald Douglas Database Management System for the
Police Department Data Processing System in the amount of $104,407 to be
taken from the following accounts:- $40,000 from General Government
Capital Outlay, $49,407 from Council Contingency and $15,000 from
08- 44.20. The City Manager stated there still may be a possibility of a
refinement of costs.
Upe,~, tie recommendation of the City Manager the City Council unanimously
approved and authorized the City Manager to expend up to $30,000 for
expansion of City Bail, per the plans presented. The money is to be
taken from the Council Contingency account.
WOW The City Manager reported he received a telephone call from Kidder, Peabody
stating they were going to look into the private sector since the ,nunici-
palities cannot get together re: purchase of Seacoast Utilities.
The City Council directed the City Manager to arrange a meeting in Chicago

during the day.
Councilman Kiselewski requested a copy of the Ordinance creating the Palm
Beach Countywide Planning Council so he can determine exactly what they
are allowed to do.
Councilman Kiselewski stated he talked to Commissioner Watt who questioned
when Steeplechase would receive City services. The City Attorney stated
he would review this problem in detail and report his findings to the City
Council at a later meeting.
Councilman Kiselewski reported the State will be putting a referendum
before the tax payers in November proposing they use monies from Vie t,rn-

Councilman Kiselewski stated he received a letter from Palm Beach County

Councilman Kiselewski requested the City Manager also look into the con-
dition cf Tangicviood. Councilman Kiseiewksi stated the buildings and
landscaping are in bad shape.

title only, Resolution 35, 1988, as amended in the previous workshop
meeting, creating Northern Palm Beach County Water Control D,strict
Administrative Office Building PUD, proposed to be located on 2.5 -acre
Tract 4 of PGA National Connerce Park within southeast corner of the PGA
National PCD.
Resolution 35, 1988, was unanimously approved by the City Council as
amended.
Per a unanimous vote of the City Council the Deputy City Clerk read, by
title only, Resolution 40, 1988, adopting a policy re: possible future
corporate limits of the City.

- Per a unanimous vote of the City Council the Deputy City Clerk read, by
title only, Resolution 41, 1988, approval of the plat for "The Island" PUD
consisting of 107 single - family detached homes and created 9/3187 by
Resolution 60, 1987, within 42.895 -acre M -13 Tract of the PGA National
Resolution 41, 1988, was unanimously approved by the City Council.

title only, on first reading, Ordinance 24, 1588, placing a moratorium on
pole signs in the City of Palm Beach Gardens.
