A Special Meeting Df the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, was
called to order by !kayo- Feeney at 7.3n P.M. in the Assembly Room of the
LV550 "icrrn :4l litary Bail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
ROLL C,iLL Mayor -eeney called the roll and present were: Mayor Feeney, Vice Mayor
°lartino, Counc,Iman Aldred, Councilman Kiselewski and City Manager John; L.
Orr. Cit;r Attorney William Brant was also in attendance.

.I)Lj Mayor Feeney announced the purpose of this meeting was to nominate someone
to represent the Ci�'y of Paim Be °ch Gardens on the new Seacoast Utility
P,::�arity (SUA).
not! ,n was made by Councilman Kiselewski nominating City Manager John L.
Or- �o represent the City of Palm Beach Gardens on the Seacoast Utility
Authority; seconded by Councilman Aldred.
For a unanimous vote of the City Council, City Manager Jo:n L. Orr was
appoi,ited to represent the City of Palm Beacl Gardens on the Seacoast
Utility Author;ty.
Mayor Feeney requested the City Manager exerrise due concern iv selection
of the consultants for the Authority, particulariy in tnose areas where
e ^, l representation is required. City Attorney Brant stated utility law
was a soecialty. The City Council also requested the nominated represen-
.ative ensure that the contract with the legal consultant for condemnation
be signed to a contract for cne yea-.
