the Regular Meeting of the City Council of Palm Be -ch Gardens, Florida,
was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 8:10 P.M. in the Assembly Room of
the Municipal Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Dalim., Beach Gardens,
F'cr=da; and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL
The Deputy City Clerk called the roll and present was: Mayor Feeney.
Vice Mayor Martino, Councilman Aldred and Councilwoman Monroe was not pre-
sent as they were out -of -town. Councilman Kiselewski was not in atten-
dance since there was not going to be a quorum and a meeting could not be
conducted.

Mayor Feeney stated the balifields adjacent to City Hall are in deporable
condition and requested a report to the City Council as to what is being
done to correct the situationi. Mayor Feeney felt the fields should be
closed after the soccer season in order to bring them back to an accep-
table condition.

retail sale /service of beer and wine, for on- premise consumption, at "The
Comedy House ", proposed to be located within "The Harbour Shoppes" at 2.401

viding for "The Comedy House" as a "theater" within "The Harbour Shoppes"
at 2401 PGA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens. Per the request of the petF-
tiener, Mayor Feeney recessed the Public Hearing to the City Council
Regular Meeting of October 27, 1988, at 8:00 P.M.

Mayor Feeney declared the Public Hearing open, which was duly advertised

Ordinance 40, 1988, annexation, under Palm Beach County Development
Regulations, of 4.15 acres, more or less, located approximately 1/2 mile
west of North Military Trail, on the south side of Donald Ross Road.
Due to a lack of quorum, Mayor Feeney recessed the Public Hearing to the
City Council Regislar Meeting of October 20, 1988, at 8:00 P.M.
