SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
Ah NOVEMBER 10, 1988
The Special Regular Meeting of the C tv Council of Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida, was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 8:00 P.M. in the Assembly
Room of the Municipal Comolex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida: and opened ..,t!, the P'e -ga Gf Alle7,ance to the Ffag.
ROLL CALL The Deputy City Clerk called the roll and present were: Mayor Feeney,
Vice mayor Martino, Councilman Aldred, Councilwoman Monroe and Councilman
Kiselewski.
RESOLUTION 99,1988 Per a unanimous vote of the City Council the Deputy City Clerk read, by
title only, Resolution 99, 1988, certifying the result of the referendum
electiop conducted November 8, 1988, within the City and in the area pro-
posed for annexation pursuant to Ordinance 35, 1988.
Mayor Feeney announced there were 6,198 votes for the annexation south of
Northiake Boulevard, including Horseshoe Acres, and 2,146 votes against
the annexation, among voters from the City of Palm Beach Gardens. In the
area to be annexed there were 194 votes for the annexation and 59 votes
against the annexation.
Resolution 99, 1988, was unanimously approved by the City Council.
