SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING
• CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
AUGUST 13, 1987
The Special Regular Meeting of the City Council of Palm Reach Gardens,
Florida, was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 7:41 P.M. to thA Assembiv
Room at the Muni.ipal Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida; and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flaq.
ROLL CALL The City Clerk called the roll and present were: Mayor Feeney,
Vice Mayor Martino and Councilwomar•:fon ; ou. Councilman Riselewski and
Councilman Aldred were not present due to being out of town.
PROCLAMATION
Mayor Feeney read a proclamation supporting necessary efforts by the
bbited States Soccer Federation to bring the 1994 World Cup to the United

Skates.
RESOLUTIONS
RESOLUTION 59,
1987
Per the concensus of the City Council the City Clerk read, t, title only,
Resolution 59, 1987, approving `ham plat for the "Eagleton" single- family
PUD, consisting of 136 one- /two -story zero - lot -line units, and created
1115187 by Resolution 2, 1987, on 28.6 acres of the M -33 Tract of the PGA
National PCD.

RESOLUTION 63,
1987
]he City Manager stated this resolution was for the investment of City
funds with the State Board of Administration. The City Manager requested
and Council agreed, that the last sentence of Section 1 be amended to
include "and /nr teIephone communication ". Section 2. was mended to read
"That this authorization shall continue until revoked by th? City
Counci 1. "

Resolution 63, 1987, was unanimously approved by the City Council.
1987. Per the concensus of the City Council the City Clerk read, by title only,
Resolution 64, 1987, authorizing and directing the City Manager to file an
application requesting the portion of the Palm Beach County EMS surcharge
award program funds to which the City may be entitled.
Resolution 64, 1987, was unanimously approved by the City Council.
AOXURNMENT There being no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at
7:49 P.M.
