CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
MARCH 19, 1987
The Regular Meaaint; of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens, Flo-rida,
was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 8:00 P.M., In the Assemhly Room at
Coe Municipal Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gard -ns,
Flo..ud; and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL: The City Clerk called the roll, and present were: Mayor Feeney,
Vice Mayor Martino, and Councilman AIdred. Councilman Kiselewski and
Councilwoman Monroe were not in attendance due to being out of town.

MINUTES The minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 5, 1987, and the Workshoo
Meeting or rWrcn 12, 198?, r.-ere unanimously approved as written.

ANNOUNCEMENTc Mayor Feeney announced there would he a m -eting of the Flanning and
Zoning Commission on Tuesday, March 24, 1987, at 7:30 P.M.

Mayor Feeney made a presentation to Mr. Aluert Natoli, an employee of
the City ten years March 18, 1987.

1987 Per the concurrence of the City Council the City Clerk read, by title
only, Resolution 2J, X987, approval of Site and Appearance Plans for
four -acre expansion of Trinity United Methodlit Church, 9525 North
Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens. Resolution 23, 1987, was .nani-
mously approved by the City Councll.
RESOLUTION 24,
1987 Per tt,e concurrence of the City Council the City Clerk read, by title
only, Resolution 24, I987, granting one -acre credit, toward toe 20
one -acre recreational sites required t�y the ocvelopment Order, for
"Canoe Park" proposed to be located at Wetland Marshes within south-
west corner of PGA National PCO. Resolution 24, 1987, was unani-
mously approved by the City Cwncil.
SOLUTION 26,
987 Mr. Hank Skokowski, authorized agent, addressed the Council re;
Resolution 26, 1987. M *. Skokowski stated that due to the nature of
the Cormerce Park ", there will be incidental night -time deliveries.
The Council req-,estel, and the petitioner agreed, to remove four (4)
feet from the pavement in the parking area on the western perimeter
of the site and add more landscaping.
Per the concurrence of the City Council the City Clerk read, by title
only, Resolution 26, 1987, anorval of 16,000 sq. ft., two - story.
Licht Industrial Building, proposed by Wrisco Industries to be
loc,itrd on 1.066 acres on "Hyatt Drive" within the East 165.08' of
Lot 3 of the "PGA National Commerce Park" PUD, approved 11120/86 by
the City's Resolution 58, 1986. Resolution 26, 1987, war unani-
mously approved by the City Council.
