ROLL CALL The City Clerk called the roll and present were: Mayor Fecnay, Vice Mayor Martino, Councilwoman Monroe and Councilman Kiselewski. Councilman Aldred was absent due to being ill. APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of the Regular Meetings of August 20, I987 and September 3, 1987, were unanimously approved as written. QGVCEMENTS Mayor Feenev announced there would be a meeting of the City's Planning and Zoning Ccrrmission at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 22, 1987. The City Manager was instructed to have this lot appraised and re- advertise for t_ds. The ad will state the appraises value as a min?cenum bid that will bp acceptad by the City. Per the concensus of the City Council the City Clerk read, by title only, Pesolution 68, 1987, establishing and adopting the range and the minimun and maximum salaries of the job classifications in the Merit System of the City. D;DINANCE 12, Attorney Raymond Royce, authorized agent for Burg & Di vosta, addressed the City Council re: their concerns from the previous workshop meeting. Attorney Royce read a letter from Mr, Shannon, legal council for Burg & DiVosta, to the Palm Beach County school Board stating they were willing to do the followino for Grove Park Elementary School. Install adequate sewer ',ervic.6 lines to the school property boundary, allowing the school to connect to sewer service and remove the sewer package plant presently 0,^ L -9c sr_hool grounds; provide, at their cost, certain species of native Florida landscape material; will cooperate with the Scho.,1 Board Landscaping Department to allow their tree space to replant more than 50 sIbal palms. The City Council requested a representative frrrp the Palm Beach County School Board, as well a- a representative from Palm Beach County, attend the next workshop meeting to discuss their positions on this project. Councilwoman Monroe requested the petitioner provide her with copy or tneir trprfic study and plans for phasing of this project showing how it would coincide with the proposed road lmorovements to be done by the County. Daily, Diocese of Palm Beach, briefly reviewed the annexation request and concep- tuaI plans for the two story office building. Attorney Royce stated the petitioner will not cone back before the City Council for site plan appro- val until issues raised by the City Council at the previous workshop meeting have been addresWcd.
