Present; Mayor Aldred, Vice Mayor Feeney, Councilwor,ar,r• ?onroe,
Councilman Martino and City Manager
1. All Departm -nt Heads shall receive a 10% salary increase effective
October 1, 1986. In addition the Cary Clerk shall receive an addi-
tional $1,000.
2. The City Manager shall receive a salary of $48,000 1year, along with
a disability insurance paid plan.
3. City Manager's DepartmP:-t shall have a position of Administrative
Aide funded for 6 months at a yearly rate of $15.000 with an amount
fnr c Tonths only or $7300 to ce budgeted. Will be reviewed during
mid -tc.r budget session.
0 4. City Manager's Department was approved for an Assistant to the City
Manager with a salary range from $23,000 - $28,000 maximum.
5. Under General Government an additional $20,000 was approved for
Intercity Emergency Medical Service.
6. Recreation and Parks Department - Account 64.40 -.ras approved for
28 , 750 .
7. Council salary will be reviewed upon results of survey of local
municipalities.
