At the preceding Local Planning Agency Meeting, the City Attorney
explaineo Lhe reasoning why the City Council would be considering
recessing Public Hearings.

advertised June 26, 1986, and held on the intent of the City's Council's
Consideration of the recommendation of the Local Planning Agency to

Vice Mayor Feeney read into thr record the recommendation to the City
Council from the Planning and Zaning Commission meeting of February 25,
1986, recommending approval of this item.
Vice Mayor Feeney declared the Public Hearing open, which was duly
advertised June 26, 1986, and held on the intent of the City Council's
consideration of the recommendation of the Local Planning Agency to
transmit the above item to the State Department of Community Affairs for
determination of oomph ? ^ce and
Mr. Robert Ellison of 63 Elm, requested information re: what would be
ORconstructed on this property. Attorney Larry Smith stated current plans
are to build a restaurant and 9 small office b,,ilding. Vice Mayor
Feeney stated there would be a couple of workshops h =1d on tris p :oiect
as well as two Public Hearings in the future.
There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was
