ROLL CALL The loll was called by the Deputy City Clerk and present were: Mayor Aldred, Vice Mayor Feeney, Councilman Martino, Councilman Kiselewski, and CounciIwnman Monroe. PUBLIC HEARINGS This meeting of the City Council was called in order to act on the rQconmandations of the Local Planning Agency from their meeting of this date immediately preceeding this meeting. Attorney Brant stated that since all public input has been given, they be incorporated in the record as well as an agenda from this meeting be attached to these minu- tes, showing the Council conv-?ning for the public hearings as shown. Councilman Martino made a motion that the public input stated at the previous meeting of the Local Planning Agency be a part of these records, seconded by Councilman Kiselewski. Motion unanimously approved. Councilman Kiselewski made a motion that the following items be sub- mitted to the S *.ate Department of Community Affairs for their comments: the 8.985 -acre expansion immediately north of 1-95, Ghnwn a, item #1 on the Agenda; the 30 -acre expansion west of the area known as "Lake Catherine ", shown as the second item t"il: the 6.28 -acre parcel of land located within Section 1- 42--42 for the Industrial 110 Comm))-rcial (known as the RCA property), shown as Item ill on the Agenda; and the 1.15 acre parcel of land referred to as the "Flame Meat Market ", shown as Iltem IV on the Agenda. the motion was seconded by Councilwoman Monroe. Page 3 Vice Mayor Feeney made a motion for denial of transmittal to the State Department of Community Affairs for the 4,2309 -acre expansion on the east side of Prosperity Farms Road, south of Idlewild Road; seconded by Councliman Kiselewski. Motion unanimously adoptad. Thera being no further items to discuss on this agenda, the meeting adjourned at 12.50 A.M.
