MARCH 20, 1986
The r,agular Meeting of the City Cuuncil of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida,
was coiled to order by Vice Mayor Feeney, at 8:00 P.M., in the Assembly
Room at the Municipal Complex, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida; and opened with the PIedge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL: The roll was called by the City Clerk and present were: Vice Mayor
Feeney, "ouncilman Martino, Councilwoman Monroe and Councilman
Kiselewski. Mayor Aldred was not in attendance due to being out of
town.
MINUTES: The minutes of the Workshop tfeeting of February 17, 1986 were unani-
mously approved as written. The minutes cf the Regular Meeting of March
6, 1986, were unanimously approved as written. The minutes of the
® Special Regular Meeting of March 13, 1986, were unanimously approved as
written. The minutes of the Workshop Meeting of March 13, 1986, were
unanimously approved as written.
AN;,^1-0.Eq-4904-9: Vice Mayor Feeney announced there would be a Planning and Zoning
Commission Meeting at 7 :30 P.M on Tuesday, March 25, 1986.
ITEMS BY CITY MANAGER:
PGA NATIONAL
SHOPPES ON THE
The City Manager acknowledged the invitations received to attend the
ground breaking ceremony for the Pub "x Shopping Center at the "PGA
National ", to be known as 'The Shoppes on the Green ", on March 26, 1986.

FIRE DEPT. SUB- In response to Councilman K.iselewski, the City Manager explained there

VICE MAYOR FEENEY Vice Mayor Feeney reported the L'ty Manager, Councilman Martino,
Councilman Kiselewski and himself attended the PBIA 1988 Airport
"kickoff ".
Vice Mayor Feeney reported he, on behalf of t;ie City, presented a procla- coati
to Mr. Larry Martin and Russell Bielenberg of the Foundation Land
Company thanking them for their donation of 200 trees .

40ALBERT MYERS Mr. Myers of Tamberlane Condominiums addressed the Council recommending
organized sports being held within the City be advertised, via signage.

AMENDING CITY'S At the Regular Meeting of April 3, 1986, the Council will consider first

reading of an Ordinance providing for amendments, per the discussions at
the current meeting, to Article I. Trees, Shrubs, & Landscaping of Chapter
31 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
AMENDING CITY'S At the Regular Meeting of April 3, 1986, the Council will consider first

the current meeting, to Article II. Tree and Vegetation Preservation of
Chapter 31 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
