parking situation. The Council preferred to have the proposed parking
garage receive a Certificate of Occupancy at the same time as the
second building. The Council requested a copy of the parking agreement
between the petitioners and the United States Government Postal Service
for parking of vehicular traffic from this site on the site of the

within the parking garage. She suggested angled parking be used to
satisfy a better traffic flow.

order for a local institution to teach
required standards, they must abide
by the law which determines what
facilities a local training center must

It is also a fact that even though
some local Colleges or training

others that seem to be more concern.
