The City Attorney Advised the Council and members of the audience/
press, thit �- e'.copt�r trip doss not violate the Sunshine

The members of the Counccil requested this be scheduled as an item

the changes of wording to be incorporated into the draft.

and the Attorney representing Bankers meet to go over the changes

coavnended by the Council to be included in the draft, which
will be workshopeed further at the next meeting of the Council.
In the meantime, Bankers will provide the Council square footage
costa of the fire station being, proposed on their property, and
will report in this E�t the next meeting, also.
Dr. Ja; °yes Micnolas of F.A.U. was in attendance, on behalf of
E'.a.nkers Land Company, to address the Council on various types of
devclopmer,ts in south Palm teach County, Broward County and Dade
County, that are similar in nature to the proposed Regional Center,
and reported to the Council the impact these developments have
L,enerated on surroind.LnS areas. Dr. Nicholas also presented
aerials of these projects, giving, the Council a better idea of
what ht was explaining.

;-Jr. 1ian'k 3koroa_-ki, PrEsident of Urban Design Studio, was irn,
attendance to address the Council pursuant to the revised PGA
National Master plan and PY:asin„ Plan.
Dui to the lateness of the hour, Mr. Ckobowcki_ requested discussion
on this be deferrea to meeting in the rear future. He did, hoy,,,ever
point o_,t to the members e° the ouncil, that the �,tas`;er Plan will
be amended to reflect the access road from PGA Boulevard to con -
tinu- >„ a major boulevard access to the site and connect to
,lvenu,c of ;.'hsmpions, which will enible residents from PGA National
access to the office Dark /commercial area.
The members of the Council were in agreement that the City
Attorney prepare a Resolution for the Council's consideration Of
.;doh t.tc n ,t a meetin, in the near, future, and sub ]ect to the
City verifyin; the figures as provided by Urban Design Ctudio, on
the Vaster Plan .abnlations /Dens ities, etc.
