Per the request of Fire Chief Arrants, two emergency access points were added at opposite ends of the pro3ect. Mr. Swisher explained the lighting layout and the locations of dumpster=_ throughout the project. Mr. Ed Dailey addressed the Council explaining the architecture, floor plans, colors and materials of the un;tc. Mr. McAdams explained the concept and depths of the lakes which will run through the ma3ority of the site for drainage. A permit W211 be required by the Northern Palm Beach County Water Control District. The PGA National Architectural Review Committee has not seen the landscaping plans that were submitted to the City. The petitioner was advised that the approval of that Committee is necessary before final approval by the City. The petitioners were requested to meet with the City administration re: any requirements that have not yet Deen met. All these requirements must be met by Monday, May 14, 1984, in order that this request be placed on the agenda for the Regular Meeting of May 17, 1984. The City Attorney was requested to draft a Resolution providing for th- creation of "The Lakee of PCA" on the 20.78 -acre M -24 tract of PGA .rational, incorporating the necessity of a permit by the Northern Palm Beach County Water Control District for the drainage. PETITIONS AND COMlNIUNICATIONS: Mayor Martino acknowledged receipt of the following communications: VOLUNTEER CENTER 1. An invitation from the volunteer Center of Palm Beach County, Inc., P.B.C. inviting the members of the Council to an Open House at their office on May 17, 1964, from 5 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. A letter commending the appearance of the entrance to Palm Beach Gardens __ where the Hetzel Pa3eant was removed. of a Resolution granting a variance to the "La Cappanina Restaurant" will take place at the Regular Meeting of June 7, 1984. The pro3cct will consist of 176 units at a density of 8.4 units per acre. They are proposing 364 parY.ing spaces with 12 additional spaces for ti,e recreational facility.
