Vice Mayor Monroe and Councilman Kiselewski explained that at a previous meet - i,'g (i.e., the Workshop Meeting of 9127184), the members of the Council concurred with the recommendation of the City Manager that because of the quantity and inadequate depth of the parcels that remain vacant within the C_'ty on Northlake Boulevard, they not modify this section of our Code to incluc +c the artery. Developers that choose to apply for PUDs will, perhaps, be eouIred to have some open space. Jason 10800 North Military Trail Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410 Dear Dr, Jason: This letter is to advise you of the results of my insect inspection performed upon your 3350 -B Meridian Way, South residence on May 24, 1984. My inspection revealed an active infestation of pharaoh ants coming from the ex erior of the structure. She pharaoh ant is one of the smallest ants found in the world. In residential areas, these insects nest outdoors in lawns or gardens and indoors in wall voids, cracks and crevices. They tend to seek warm and inaccessible areas. In the home, these pests appear to prefer grease, fats and meats, but they are practically omnivorous. Pharaoh ants crawl great distances from their nests and do not always follow definite paths. Therefore, the nests may be difficult to find, increasing the difficulty of control. Because of their habits, these pests may 1,e looked upon as potential vectors of typhoid, dysentery, rood poisoning and other types of bacteria. If I can be of any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to call upor. :fe.
