Florida, was called to order by Mayor Mike Martino, at 8:20 P.M., in the Assembly Room, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. ROLL CALL: The roll was called by the Deputy City CIerk and present were: Mayor Martino, Vice Mayor Munroe, Councilman Aldred, Councilman Kiselewski. and Councilman Feeney. City Manager John Orr and Attorney William Brant were also in attendance. PROCLAMATION: Mayor Martino read a proclamation proclaiming November 30 - December 2, 1984, as "Child Safety Weekend" qP REPORTS: COUNCILMAN 77 n -EWSKI Councilman Kisel ^wski retorted on a meeting of the Palm Beach County Solid Waste Authority, of width he is a member, and referenccd establishing a Public Hearing for any input re: placing of $300 million of bonds on the market. Councilman Kiselewski noted that the 48 hour period given for the removal of political signs after an election will expire November 9th and suggested that anv political signs left within the City be removed. RESOLUTIONS. RESOLUTION Vice Mayor Monroe explained the reason for the preparation of Resolution 64, 1984 64, 1984, expressing to Palm Brach County Commission the City's concern re: allowable density in Northern Palm Beach County. Mr. Bob Culpepper, a former Palm Beach County Commissioner, addressed the Council, explaining his views on the density of Northern Palm Beach County. Resolution 64, 1984, as amended, will be presented to the City Council for final adoption at their Regular Meeting of November 15, 1984. He explained that the walkways leading to the shopping center will be lighted for nighttime use. Attorney Brant explained the sections of Resolution 62, 1984 and the reasons for the proposed wording of same, answering questions of the Council. Attorney Brant was requested to revise Resolution 62, 1984 with the assistance of Attorney Raypond Royce, incorporating the thoughts of the Council. Resolution 62, 1984 wi?1 be brought before the Council for second reading and final adoption at the Regular Meeting of November 15, 1984. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS: Mayor Martino acknowledged receipt of the following communication: MICHAEL 1.
