FY 1983 -84 BUDGET MEETING
August 15, 1983
TIME AND PLACE: A Budget Meeting was held on Monday, August 15, 1983
in the temporary City Council Chambers of the City Hall. The meeting
was called to order at 7:45 P.M.
PRESENT: Mayor Dick Aldred, Councilwoman Linda Monroe, Councilman Donald
Kiselewski, City Manager John Orr, Public Works Director Leonard Devine,
Superintendent of Parks Dick Cameron, and Chief of Police Edward Himmelsbach.
THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT was discussed and amended as follows:
