SPECIAL (REORGANIZATIONAL) MEETING
CITY OF PALM BFA;H GARDENS
MARCH 10, 1983
The Special (Reorganl•rational) Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida, was c.illed to order by Mayor Kiselewski, at 8:00 P.M.,
in the Assembly Room, 10500 -North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida; and opened with the Pl -idge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLI. CALL: The roll was called by the Deputy City Clerk and present were: Mayor
Kisetewski, Vice Mayor Monroe, Councilman Kiedis, Councilman Martino,
and Councilman Aldred. City Manager John and At w rney William Brant
were also in attendance.
OATHS OF Oaths of Office were administered by the Deputy City Clerk to John
OFFICE Kiedis, Mike :Martino, and Linda Monroe. who were declared to be duly
elected as members of the City Council (ref: Resolution 18, 1983).
APPOINTMENT OF By a unanimous vote of the Council, Councilman Klselewski was appointed
TEMPORARY Temporary Chairman for the appointment of the Mayor and Vice Mayor of

R %ORGANIZATION: APPOINTMENT OF A MAYOR OF THE CITY
Councilwoman Monroe nominated Councilman Aldred f,r Mivor.
Nominations for Mavor were closed.
Councilman Aldred was appointed as Mayor of the City.
APPOINTMENT OF A VICE MAYOR OF THE CITY
Councilman Martino nominated Councilman Kiedis for Vice Mayor.
Nominations for Vice Mayor were closed.
Councilman Kiedis was appointed as Vice Mayor of the City.
APPOINTMF'ST OP A CHAIRMAN PRO TEf
Council:an Martino nominated Councilwoman Monroe for Chairperson Pro Tem.
Nominations for Chairperson Pro Tem were closed.
Councilwoman Monroe was appointed as Chairperson Pro Tem.
RESOLITT_IO\ 29 By the concurrence of the Council, the Deputy City Clerk read, in full,
19N3 Resolution 29, 1983, appointing Councilman Aldred the Mavor and Council-
Man Kiedis the Vice Mayor of the City. Resolution 29, 1983 was unani-
mously adopted by the Council.
