FY 1982 -83 BUDGET MEETING
AUGUST 16, 1982
TIME AND PLACE: A Budget Meeting was held on Monday, August 16, 1982
in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall. The meeting was called to
order at 7:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Donald Kiselewski, Vice Mayor Linda Monroe,
Councilman Dick Aldred, and Councilman John Kiedis. Councilman Michael
Martino was not present for the Public Works discussion, and Councilman John
Kiedis left prior to the discussion on the Police Department. Also present
were City Manager John Orr, Public Works Director Leonard Devine and Police
Chief Edward Himmelsbach.
THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT was discussed and amended as follows:
