ROLL CALL: The roll was called by the City Clerk and present were: Mayor Feeney, Vicc Naycr Aldred, Councilman Kiedis, Councilman Laurie, and Councilwoman Monroe. HFLEN In response to Ms. Helen Gallagher, resident of Tamberlane Condominiums, GAtLAGHER the City Manager advised that the County approved matchinq funds to be taken from this fiscal vear's Federal Revenue Sharing for the construction of a bicycle path along the 113litory frail /Avenue of the PGA segment of PGA Boulevard and along 191litary Trail from the Plat #4 Subdivision to PGA Onulcvard. The City Manager wa <; requested to refer to Mr. Charles Walker, Palm Beach County traffic Engineer, the concert, expressed by Ms. Helen Gallagher that the lineage of PGA Boulevard at Hilitary TraL1 is /iaay be confusing to motorists. INTRODUCTION OF Councilwoman "lonroe introduced Ms. Julie Nobel, a member of the audience, 1-15, JULIE NOBEL who filled Rankers Land Company's new position of Manager of Community Programs. RESCLUTIONS: During the workshop sessLon on Revolution 45, 1980, appointinq /reappointing RESOL_UTIOri 45, members to the Citti's Planning and Zoni'c, commission, the Council inserted 1980 the name; Robert Langsfeld and Donald Vogel in the blanks of Sections 1 and 2, respectively, and deleted the paragraph of Section 3. Mr. Charles Jacobs, a member of the Commission since De=cember 6, 1973, will be advised of the Polley recently established by the Council re: the maximum number of consecutive years a member may serve en a given board and asked if he would like to be consid ?red for another. Adoption of Resolution 45, 1980, will be considered by the Council at their Regular fleeting of February 5. 1981. A Resolution appointing an alternate member to this advisory bard will be considered suhscquenf_ 1c the Council interviewing the applicants the City has on file. Hallenbeck" and "Lynn Huber ", "Jack Write ", "Jeffrev Ornstcir, ". 3nd "Jay Hasner" in the blanks in Section t for the term-, of one year and two years, respec- tively, and inserted the name "Alvin Strassler" in the blank of Section 2. Associ- ates, ownur, for permission to continue to use a model mobile home in their parking lot until June 1, 1981. (Resolution 58, 1978 provided for the park to use this model for h months: Resolution, 59 and 94, 1979 together oxtended this period for another ve.u'). M their Regular Meeting of February 5, 1981 the Council will consider adoption of Resolution 10, 1981, with the date of "June 1, 1981" inserted in the blank of Section 1. ORDINANCES: During the workshop session on Ordinance 21, t98O, providing for the mcm- ORDINANCE_21j- hers of the Site Plan and Appearance Review Committee to be appointed 1390 by Resolution, the Council requested the City Attorney to draft an Ord1- nancn amending the City's Administrative Code to include the provision that., whenever pnssitic, the service of members of the City's advisory hoards shall be limited to no lcnger than six consecutive year,,;.
