® PROPOSED USE HEARING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
AUGUST 31, 1981
The Federal Revenue Sharing Funds Proposed Use Hearing, as duly
advertised August 18, 1981, was called to order by Mayor John Kiedis, at
7 :30 P.M., in the Assembly Room located at the City Hall Complex, 10500
North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The roll was called by the City Clerk and present were: Mayor
Kiedis, Vice Mayor Martino, Councilman Aldred, and Councilman Kiselewski.
City Manager John Orr was also in attendance. Councilwoman Monroe was not
in attendance.
The Mayor invited comments of members of the audience re: the
City's proposed usage of the $76,Z-76 anticipated to be received from
Federal Revenue Sharing.
Mr. Joseph Dolan. member of the City's Beautificet. - and Environ-
mental Committee, addressed the Council on behalf of the advisor; board
requesting that greater than $1,000 be allocated for their usage.
Per the concurrence of the Council, the amount allocated fnr
"Administration" was reduced by $1,000 to $2,026; and the amount allocated
For the "B n F Committee" was increased by $1,000 to $2,000.
Members of the public will again be afforded the opportunity to
give input re: the proposed usage of anticipated Federal Revenue Sharing
funds at the 1st and Final Public Hearings to be held on the City's proposed
1981/1982 Fiscal year's budget on October 1st and 15th, respectively.
