In response to Mr. Bob Yeager, the Mayor explained the land area of one acre was chosen maa_nly because there are very few vacant parcels of land in the City Chat are wooled and contain less area. It is pcssible _o consider reducuions in some of the "soft costs" and "hard costs by- o,,mer" (xte;ns marked with an asterisk) in order to do this. Furthermore, we have discussed the possibility that cellanecus items can be provided under the recreation and Land Fund of about $100,000.00. We look forward to getting started on the construction phase and urce you all to finalize these decisions as soon as possible.
