FY 1981 -82 BUDGET MEETING
AUGUST 24, 1981
TIME AND PLACE: A Budget Meeting was held on Monday, August 24, 1981 in
the City Council ambers of the City Hall. Called to Order: 7:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor John Kiedis, Vice Mayor Michael Martino,
Councilman ona iselewski and Councilwoman Linda Monroe. Also present, City
Manager John Orr. Absent, Councilman Dick Aldred.
DISCUSSION:
CITY COUNCIL - No Change. However, Contingency will be revisited.
COUNCIL ADVISORY BOARDS - No change.
CITY MANAGER - No change.
CITY ATTORNEY - No change. However, a concern was raised as to whether or
not the City was getting enough money from developers to
pay proper City Attorney services.
FINANCE DEPARTMENT - No change.
CITY CLERK
Account Number Requested Council Approved
42.20 Auto Allowance $300.00 -0-
ENGINEERING - No change. However, same concern expressed as was related to
City Attorney.
GENERAL GOVERNMENT
Account Number Requested Council Approved
31.50 Professional Services $18,000 $31,000
This account was increased in an effort to employ the services of a
Planner for the City either by contract or full time. If full time, Planner
would be employed at mid -year.
Council will discuss this further at a future session.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 P.M.
