ROLL CALL: The roll was called by the City Clerk and present, were: Mayor Kiedis, Vice Mayor Martino, Councilman Aldred, Councilwoman Monroe, and Councilman Kisele,aski. E City Council Regular Meeting, 14/1/81 Page 3 CRD',NV Mayor Kiedis declared the Public Hearing, which was duly advertised 7 7i September 15, 1981, and held on the intent of Ordinance 23, 1931, providing for the expansion of the membership of the Recreation Advisory Board from five to seven members. In response to Mr. Vince Alvarez, 50� Holly Drive, PEG, the Council advised they are considering the expansion of this advisory board, in an effort to attract a greater spectrum of expertise in the recreational field. Ordnance 23, 1981 was unanimously adopted by the Council. Tn response, the City Manager offered that these employees can be given the option of receiv -ng the entire salary increases allocated in the 1981/1982 budget upon its effective date or receivin& the amounts allocated in increments.
