SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
MAY 14, 1981
The Special Regular Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens
was called to order by Mayor Kiedis at B:00 P.M. in the Assembly Room,
10500 North Military !rail, Palm Reach Gardens, Florida; and opened
with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL. The roll was called by the City Clerk and present were: Mayor Kiedis,
Vice Mayor Martino, Councilman Aldred, Cou;,rilwoman Monroe, and Council-
man Kiselewski. City Manager John Orr and City Attorney William Brant
were also in attendance.
ORDINANCES: The City Manager reported on t!-,c meeting he attended this date of the

Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law ; --taining to the Water Shortage.
The City (tanager recommended to the Council that in an effort to relieve

ble hours /days for watering veget,:t,on to "between the hours of Tuesday
8:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M. on 4ednesday, and Saturday 8:00 P.M. until
1:00 A.M. on Sunday ".
oubsequent to deliberations, the City Clerk, by a unanimous vote of the
Council, read in full on first rcadinq the May 14, 1981 draft of Ordi-
nance 9, 3 ?81, amending Ordinance S. 1981, adopted May 7. 1981.
By a unanimous vote of thp; Council, Ordinance 9, 1981 was plated on
second reading, on an emergency bads, by the City Clerk reading the
Ordinance in full with the following .'amendments they made incorporated:
1. The verbiage "dayrj of Tuesday and Saturday." suostituted with the
verhiage "houra of Tuesday 9:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M. on Wednesday,
and Saturday 8:00 P,fl. until 7:00 A.M. on Sunday. ".
2. the deletion of Section 3. in its entirety.
3. The rcnumhering of Sections 4. and 5..
