7 The regular meeting was called to order at 8:35 a.m. by Chair Woodall.

11 ABSENT: Vice -Chair Bernard Pettingill.

17 Committee Member Cohn made a motion to approve the March 22, 2012 Minutes.
18 Committee Member Marciano seconded.

23 1. FY 2012 Budget Update
24 Presentation by: Finance Administrator, Staff Liaison Allan Owens.
25 Discussion ensued regarding auditing.
26 2. Review of the 2011/12 Budget Committee Report to Council.
27 Presentation by: Accounting Manager, Sean O'Brien.
28 Discussion ensued regarding tax exempt projects
29 Committee Member Lew - Jacobs left the meeting at 9:18 a.m.

31 Discussion ensued regarding utilizing the Budget Advisory Committee Report, dated August 17,
32 2011, at each Budget Oversight Committee Meeting as a reference.
