PALM BEACH GARDENS CITY COUNCIL
JULY 9, 1980
TTME AND PLACE:
A Special Meeting of the City Council of Pali- reach Gardens was held in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall on WeHnesday, July 9, 1980.
CALL TO ORDER -- ROLL CALL:
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 7:45 P.M.
PRESENT: Mayor Feeney, Councilmen John Kiedis and Saimel Laurie and
Councilwoman Linda Monroe. Vice Mayor Dick Aldred was not in attendance.
City Manager, John L. Orr wa_ also present.
PUuPOGE OF ME'F ING: The uurpose of the Special Meeting was to conduct
interviews of applicants for the position of Poll - Chief for the City of
Palm Beach Gardens.
HOYT STOUGH: First applicant to be interviewed by the City Council was
Hoyt Stough, of Maitland, Florida. Interview started at 7:30 P.M. and ended
8:55 P.M.
CHESTER KOWALSKI: Second applicant to be interviewed by the City Council
was Chester Kowalski of Margare, Florida. Interview started at 9:00 P.M. and
ended 10:30 P.M.
