TIME AND PLACE:
A Special Meeting of the City Council was held on Thursday, July 10th, 1980
in the Council Chambers of the Palm Beach Gardens City Hall.
CALL To ORDER - ROLL CALL:
Meeting was called to Order by Mayor Feeney at 7:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Mayor Feeney, Councilman Jc1m Kiedis, Councilwoman Linda Monroe
and City Manager, John L. Orr. Councihian Laurie and
Vice Mayor Dick Aldred were not in attendance.
PURPOSE OF MEETING:
Purpose of Special Meeting - to conduct interviews with applicants for the
position of Police Chief and Director of Recreati^ -.
ED HItMLSBACH : Interview was conducted by the City Council with
Ed Himmelsbach, applicant for the position of Police Chief for the City of
Palm Beach Gardens. Start of interview, 7:30 P.M. and ended 9:01 P.M.
DWG HOOD: Interview was conducted by the City Council with Doug Hood,
applicant for the position of Recreation Director for the City of Palm Beach
Gardens. Interview started 9:02 P.M., ended 9:15 P.M.
