ment District Surface [Dater Management Permit, Department of Transpor-
tat,on rermits and aoceptablc resolution of the master waste water
pumping station with Seacoast Utilities.
By a iunanamous vote of the Council, the City Clerk read in full on second
and final reading Ordinance 9, 1980, providi,n€ for the creation of the
"Oakbrook Square North" PUD. Ordinance 9, 1980 was unanimously adopted
by the Counc�'_ with the verbiage "for each phase" inserted between the
words "pc3Led" and "with" in the second line of Section 5.
The Council took teas opportunity to address the members of the audience
that =ire residents of Yaddetj Key North, welcoming a proposal of the
property owners tc annex into cur fine City.

inspect them for fire safety.
