FY 1979 -80 BUDGET MEETING
AUGUST 7, 1979
TIME AND PLACE: A Budget Meeting was held on Tuesday, August 7, 1979
starting at 7:45 P.M. in the Center Office Section of the City Hall.
ROLL CALL: Present: Mayor Samuel Laurie, Vice Mayor John Kiedis,
Councilmen Mike Martino and Dick Feeney. City Manager John L. Orr,
Public Works Director Leonard Devine, as well as City employee, Dick
Cameron, were also in attendance.
PURPOSE: Department Budget requests to be discussed this Meeting:
Public Works Department; Building Department and Fire Department
Budget requests were approved without having scheduled meeting Aug. 8th.
BUILDING DEPARTMENT:
The Building Department Budget, as requested, was approved by the
City Council, with the exception of Salaries and Wages, which will be
discussed at the Budget Meeting scheduled for August 23, 1979_
FIRE DEPARTMENT:
The Fire Department Budget, as requested, was approved by the City
Council with the exception of Salaries and Wages, which will be
discussed at the Budget Meeting scheduled for August 23, 1979.
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT:
the Public Works Department Budget, as requested, was approved by the
City Council with the following revisions:
