BUDGET WORKSHOP
MINUTES
AUGUST 29, 1978
PURPOSE:
A Workshop Meeting, to review the 1978 -79 Fiscal Year Proposed
Budget, was held Tuesday, August 29, 1978, in the Center Office
Section of the City Hall, starting at 7:45 P.M. The purpose of
the meeting was to discuss and modify, where necessary, the
General Government accounts of the Budget and the salaries
for Department Heads.
The following adjustments were made to the General Government
section of the 1978 -19 Fiscal Budget:
Account No. 54.20 - Memberships,and Dues:
Requested: 1,100
Approved: $ 1,340
The following adjustments were made to the Department Heads/
Chiefs salaries for the fiscal year 1978 -79:
Chief of Police: Requested: X17,830 Approved: $17,500
Building Official: Requested: $15,465 Approved: $15,600
City Clerk.: Requested: $13,750 Approved: 514,000
City Manager: Requested: $21,200 Approved: $21,250

395 for Police Motorcycle Siren
$6,075 Total minus $4,8.14 (see above 1 Police Car)
Federal Revenue Account increased by: �- 1,936.00
