A Workshop Meeting of the City Council to discuss the 1977 -79 General Fund Budget for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, was held in the office of the receptionist, 10500 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens. Florida, and called to order at 7:30 T),M, ROLL CALL: Present were: Mayor Feeney, Vice Mayor Laurie, Councilman Martino and Councilman Kiedis. City Manager John L. Orr was in attendance and Leonard Devine, Director of Public Works was present to discuss the Public Works Department Budget. DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATIONq- 15 - PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT was discussed and reviewed and the following adjustments were made: ACCOUNT 15 -209 - TRASH COLLECTION: - Requested $16,000.00 - Approved $13,000. ACCOUNT 15 -221 - EXHIBIT & CONFERENCE EXP.:Requested $500.00 - Approved $400.00. ACCOUNT 15 -222 - MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: Requested $6,325.00 - Approved $6.000.00 ACCOUNT 15 -290 - OTHER CONTRACTURAL SERVICES: Requested $100.00 - Approved $75.00. ACCOUNT 15 -304 - FUEL AND LUBRICANTS: Requested $33,035.00 Approved $31,500.00 ACCOUNT 15 -306 - MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND OPERATION SUPPLIES: Requested $16,000.00 - Approved $15,000.00 ACCOUNT 15 -313 - AGRICULTURE SUPPLIES: Requested $4,000.00 - Approved $7.000.00 ACCOUNT 15 -314 - TRAFFIC CONTROL EXPENSE:- Requested $3,300 - Approved $2,900.00 Budget Workshop Meeting, August 15, 1977 Page 2 ACCOUNT 15 -315 - JANITOR'S SUPPLIES: Requested $3,100.00 - Approved $2,900.00 ACCOUNT 15 -505 - MOTOR VEHICLES: Requested $6,100.00 - Total amount was deleted.
