SEPTEMBER 223, 1977
The Special Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens
was called to order by Mayor Feeney at 8:00 P.M. in the Assem-
bly Room, 10500 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida,
and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
The roll was called by the Deputy City Clerk and present were:
Mayor Feeney, Vice Mayor Laurie, Councilman Kiedis, Councilman
Martino, and Councilman [�iley. City Manager John L. Orr and
City Attorney George Baldwin were also in attendance.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to open and read the
Sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) 45 H.P. Diesel Tractor
for all purpose work.
Bids were received and opened by the Deputy City Clerk, as duly
advertised September 2nd and 3rd, 1977, as follows:

A motion was unanimously adopted that the City Council authorize
the City Manager to accept the low bid from Trail Ford Tractor
Company, 4065 Military 'Trail, Lake 'north, Fla., for one (1) 45 H.P.
Diesel Tractor for all purpose work, contingent upon the tractor
being as per the specifications duly advertised - monies to be taken
from the Public b,orks Account. Otherwise, a Special Meeting of the
City Council will be scheduled to take place on September 29, 1977,
City Council special Meeting, 9/22/77
for the purpose of discussing the recommendations of the City
Manager and Director of Public works, Leonard Devine$ relative
to awarding the bids.
ADJOURNMENT: 'With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:17 P.M..
