CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
MARCH 17, 1976
A Special Meeting of the City Council was called to order by Vice
Mayor DeLonga at 5:30 P.M. in the Assembly Room, 10500 N. Military
Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
ROLL CALL: Roll was called by the City Clerk. Present were Vice Mlayor
DeLonga, Councilman Kiedis and Councilman Feeney. City Manager
John Orr was in attendance. PRayor Martino arrived later in the
meeting. Councilman [Wiley was absent due to a prior committment.
PURPOSE: The Special Meeting was called for the purpose of opening the
absentee ballots and canvassing the votes or the General and
Special Referendum Election held March 16, 1976.
CANVASS OF The Absentee Ballots had been checked on Election Day, March 16,
VOTES:
1W6 with the County Registration Books and so marked as voting
in the General Election.
City tanager John Orr called the following names: Precinct 45 -
C.K. Clark, Robert A. Clark, Harvey 7. Levine, George H. Lothian,
Ruth F. Bashour, Kenneth Bashour, Kevin :eeney, Arthur R. Perrin,
Jae Bestland, Michael J. Laughlin, Naomi D. McKinney; Precinct
47 - Thomas Stolting, Gordon J. Dunbar, John C. hose, William
Perry.
The fifteen Absentee dotes were marked on the Canvassing Statement
and on Resolution 411, 1976.
RESOLUTION #11, Resolution #119 1976, declaring the results of the General
1976.
Election and the Special Referendum Election held b.arch 16, 1976

was read in full by the City Clerk and unanimously adopted by
the Council.
No further business, the meeting adjourned at 6.00 P.I.
