CITY OF PALM BDICH GARDENS

The E7eorganization %leetinq of the City Council of Palm Beach
Gardens was called to order by ,Mayor Martino at 8 :00 P.1t, in the
Assembly Roor., 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens,
and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL: Roll was called by the City Clerk and present were: Mayor Martino,
Vice Mayor DeLong a, Councilman T, i ley, Councilman Kiedis and
Councilman Feeney. Attorney Brant was in attendance.
OATH OF OFFICE: The Oath of Office was administered by the City Clerk to Samuel
Laurie and Gerald Z. Rossow, and congratulations were extended
by the City Council.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of :March 18, 1976 and the
Special Meeting, oZ march 24, 1976 were unanimously approved by
the Council.
TEMPORARY * iayor Martino acted as Temporary Chairman for the nominations of
CHAIR; tAN :
-ayor and Vice Mayor.
APPOINTMENT OF Sam Laurie nominated Michael N,artino for Mayor, seconded by Gerald
M
Z. Rossow.
Councilman Kiedis nominated Dick Feeney for A.ayor.
The nominations were closed by a unanimous vote of the Council.
Michael Martino was appointed Mayor by a majority vote of the Counca
APPOINTMENT OF Councilman Kiedis nominated Dick Feeney for Vice mayor.

The nominations were closed by a unanimous vote of the Council.
Dick Feeney was unanimously appointed as vice Mayor.
APPOINTMENT OF By unanimous vote of the Council, Samuel Laurie and Gerald Z.

Rossow were appointed Deputy Treasurers.
APPOINTMENT OF John Kiedis was unanimously appointed by the Council as Chairman
CHAIRMAN PRO -TEM:
Pro-Tem.
RESOLUTION 412, Resolution #12, 1976 appointing the ;Mayor and Mice vayor and
inserting the names Michael Martino as Mayor and Dick Feeney as
Vice Mayor was read in full by the City Clerk and unanimously
adopted by the Council.
RESOLUTION #13, Resolution #13, 1976 appointing the Deputy Treasurers and
designating signatures for the various accounts of the City,
inserting the names Samuel Laurie and Gerald Z. Rossow in Section
1, and Michael Martino, Dick Feeney and John Kiedis in Section 2
was read in � ull by the City Clerk and unanimously adopted by tiie
Council.
ADJOURWC -NT: No further business, the meeting adjourned at 8 :25 P.M.
