REORGANIZATION MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
MARCH ZOt 1975
The Reorganization Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens
was called to order by Mayor Martino at 8:00 P.M. in the Assembly
Room, 10500 North Military Trail* Palm Beach Gardens* and opened with
the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
ROLL CALL: Roll was called by the City Clerk and present were: Mayor Martino,
Vice Mayor DeLonga, Councilman Wiley* Councilman Kiedis and
Councilman Wiley. Attorney Brant was in attendance.
OATH OF OFFICE: The Oath of Office was administered by the City Clerk to Michael
Martino and John Kiedist and congratulations were extended by the
City Council.
TEMPORARY Mayor Martino was appointed to act as Temporary Chairman for the
CHAIRMAN:
nominations of Mayor and Vice Mayor.
APPOINTMENT Councilman Feeney nominated Michael Martino for Mayors seconded by
• Vice Mayor DeLonga.
The nominations were closed by a unanimous vote of the Council.
Michael Martino was unanimously appointed as Mayor.
APPOINTMENT Councilman Wiley nominated James DeLonga for Vice Mayor* seconded by

Mayor Martino.
Councilman Kiedis nominated Dick Feeney for Vice Mayort seconded by
Vice Mayor DeLonga.
The nominations were closed by a unanimous vote of the Council.
James DeLonga was unanimously appointed as vice Mayor.

RESOLUTION_ Resolution #12, 1975 appointing the Mayor and Vice Mayor and
#12t 1975:
inserting the names Michael Martino as Mayor and James DeLonga as
Vice Mayor was read in full by the City Clerk and unanimously adopted
by the Council.
Mayor Martina commented to the Council he was deeply honored by their
selection to serve as Mayor.
RESOLUTION Resolution #13,, 1975 appointing the Deputy Treasurer and Designating
#.3. 1975:
signatures for the various accounts of the City, inserting the names
Councilman Feeney and Councilman Wiley in Section Z and Mayor
Martino, Vice Mayor DeLonga and Councilman Kiedis in Section 2 was
read in full by the City Clerk and unanimously adopted by the Council.
ADJOURNMENT: Na further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
