SPECIAL MEETING;
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
APRIL 10, 1975
A Special Meeting of the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens was
called to order by Mayor Martino at 11:26 P.M. at the close of
the Workshop Meeting, in the Assembly Poom, 10500 North military
Trail.
ROLL CALL: All members of the City Council and Attorney Brant were in attendance.
PURPOSE: Mayor Martino stated the purpose of the Special Meeting was to
re- execute the Inter-Local Agreement with the County,for designation
as an "Urban County" under the Housing and Community Development
Act of 1974, as revised by the County Attorney in response to the
HUD request.
MOTION: A motion was made, seconded and unanimously approved authorizing
the Mayor and City Manager to sign the revised Inter-Local Agreement
with the County for designation as an "Urban County" under the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
A provision is included that the participating municipalities can
veto any project for their community prior to the plan being submitted
to HUD.
