HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes Council 081375BUDGET WORKSHOP MEETING CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS AUGUST 13, 1975 PURPOSE: A Workshop Meeting of the City Council to discuss the 1975 -76 General Fund Budget for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, was held at 7:30 P.M. in the office of the Receptionist, 10500 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. ROLL CALL: Present were: Mayor Martino, Vice Mayor DeLonga, Councilman Wiley, Councilman Kiedis and Councilman Feeney and City Manager John L. Orr. DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS: 12 - FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT was discussed and reviewed and the following adjustments were made: ACCOUNT 12 -215 - PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPENSE - the category name was changed to INVESTIGATION EXPENSE which includes .1 Photographic expense, fire investigation etc. ACCOUNT 12 -217 - MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF MUNICIPAL WORKS was transferred to ACCOUNT 12 -229 - MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. The new requested amount is $1,100.00. ACCOUNT 12 -503 - FIELD EQUIPMENT - Pulse Watch in the amount of $255.00 and Micro -film project in the amount of $900.00 were deleted. ACCOUNT 12 -103 - SALARIES AND WAGES - Under classification remove Summer Help and insert Junior Fire Fighter Program. FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND - Remove Combustable Hazard Trainer in the amount of $850.00. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10:00 P.M. John L. Orr City Manager
