HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes Council 081875BUDGET WORKSHOP MEETING CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS AUGUST 18, 1975 PURPOSE: A Workshop Meeting to discuss the 1975 -76 General Fund Budget for the City of Palm Beach Gardens was held at 7.30 PM in the Assembly Room, 10500 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. ROLL CALL: Present were: Mayor Martino, vice Mayor DeLonga, Councilman Wiley, Councilman Kiedis, Councilman Feeney and City Manager John L. Orr. DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS: 08 - POLICE DEPARTMENT - was discussed and the following adjustments were made: 08 -215 - PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPENSE - Reduced from $600.00 to $500.00 08 -221 - EXHIBIT AND CONFERENCE EXPENSE - Change definition from "Christmas Gifts to Girls "to read "For Services rendered by Water Company for Residence changes." Reduced total from $600.00 to $450.00. 08 -303 - OPERATING SUPPLIES - Reduced from $5,500.00 to $5000.00 08 -305 - SMALL TOOLS AND MINOR EQUIPMENT - Reduced from $500.00 to $400.00. 08 -503 - FIELD EQUIPMENT - Delete one (1) Radar Gun - Reduced to $1100.00, was $2200.00. Reduce 35 m/m telescope and lens from $750.00 to $500.00 Delete Intercom System in amount of $500.00. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 10:00 PM John L. Orr City Manager
