CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
AUGUST 12, 1974
PURPOSE: A Workshop Meeting to discuss the 1974 -75 General Fund Budget
for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, was held at 7:30 P.M. in the
office of the Receptionist, 10500 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach
Gardens, Florida. Present were: Mayor Michael Martino, Vice
Mayor James DeLonga, Councilman John Kiedis, Councilman Waiter
Wiley and Councilman Dick Feeney. Also present were City Manar
John L. Orr, Jr. and Leonard Devine, Director, Public Works
Department.
DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
The following items were reviewed and preliminary adjustments
were made as follows:
EXHIBIT 15 - PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT:
Account 217: Maintenance and Repair of Municipal Works - This
account was reduced to $3,000.00
Account 221: Exhibit and Conference Expense - This account was
reduced to $280.00
Account 22 Maintenance and
Repairs: Street, Sewers, Parks and

Recreation area, making a new total of $4770.00
Account 229: Maintenance and Repairs - This account was reduced
to $5,900.00
Account 304: Fuel and Lubricants - This account was reduced to
$27,519.00
Account 305: Small Tools and Minor Equipment - This account was
reduced to $1,500.00
Account 306: M.R10 Supplies - This account was reduced to $7,000.00
Account 313: Agriculture Supplies - This account was reduced to
$2,800.00

Account 314: Traffic Control Expense - This account was reduced
to $3,000.00
Account 505: Motor Vehicles - This account was reduced to $3,900.00
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 11:00 P.M.
