SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 3, 1972
�.i A Special Meeting of the Palm Beach Gardens Council was called to order
by Mayor DeLonga at 8:00 P.M. The meeting was held in the Assembly Room
at 10500 N. Military Trail.
ROLL CALLS Roll was called by the City Clerk. Present were: Vice Mayor Wiley and
Mayor DeLonga. City Manager, Robert Carlson was present.
PURPOSE: Mayor DeLonga announced the purpose: "The Special Meeting was called in
accordance with the instructions in the City Charter that the City
Council hold an organization meeting can the first Monday in April follow-
ing the day of Election. However it has been duly noted that because
there is a lack of a quorum that we will not be able to reorganize the
Council as specified in the Charter and the reorganization will take
place at the first Regular Meeting in April which will be Thursday,
April 6, 1972 at 8 :00 P.M."
ADJOURNMENT= Meeting adjourned on a motion by Vice Mayor Wiley.
