SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
March 24, 1970
Special Meeting of March 24, 1970 was called to order by Mayor Blanck
at 5:00 P.M. and announced the Special meeting was for opening of the
bids for the Municipal Complex which had been advertised in two publica-
tions of the Post Times.
Roll was called by the City Clerk as directed by Mayor Blanck. Present were:
Councilman Prentiss, Councilman James, Vice Mayor Walker and Mayor Blanck.
Councilman Bonner arrived later. Mr. Carlson, City Manager and Attorney,
Wm. Brant attended along with Architects, Eugene Lawrence and Mr. Prout,
who opened and read the bids as follows:

Mayor Blanck announced the bids would be evaluated by the Architects and
they would report for the Regular meeting of March 30, 1970.
No further business and motion to adjourn by Councilman Prentiss seconded
by Councilman James.
