SPECIAL MEETING
CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
duly 6, 1970
8.00 P. M.
ROLL CALL Mayor Blanck announced that he had called a Special meeting of the City

Council for the purpose of considering a request for payment to
Desrochers Construction Company in the amount of Fifty Five Thousand,
Eight Hundred ninety nine Dollars payable from the City of Palm Beach
Gardens Revenue Improvement Bond Construction,Fund.
Roll was called by the City Clerk. Present were: Vice Mayor DeLonga,
Councilman Wiley, Councilman Prentiss and Councilman James and Mayor
Blank. Mr. Carlson, City Manager and Atty. Baldwin were present.
MOTION TO PAY Motion by Councilman Prentiss seconded by Councilman James to pay Desrochers
Construction Company $55,899.00 Discussion and review of contract followed.
ABJ9TdENT Council agreed to table motion and adjourn meeting in order to review
items for payment on a motion by Councilman Prentiss seconded by
Councilman James. Vote 5 ayes and 0 nays.
Time for the record 8:12 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL MEETING was called to order at 11:50 P.M. by Mayor Blanck.
Roll call was done by the City Clerk and all of the Council was present,
along with Mr. Carlson and Atty. Baldwin.
MOTION TO PAY Motion by Councilman Prentiss seconded by Councilman James to Pay
Desrochers Construction Company $55,899.00. Mr. Carlson stated that
the Architects had reviewed the contract and certified that the work
had been completed. Vote 5 ayes and 0 nays.
ADJOUPJA= Motion to adjourn by Councilman Wiley seconded by Vice Mayor DeLonga.
Vote 5 ayes and 0 nays.
