City of Palm Beach Gardens
PURPOSE: Mayor DeLonga called a Special meeting at 8:15 P.M. Monday, December
7, 1970 for the purpose of considering the approval of a payment in the
amount of $22,860.00 to the Desrochers Construction Company for work
completed on the new City Hall, as certified by the City's Architects.
Payment to be made from the Palm Beach Gardens Improvement Construction
Fund.
QUORUM Roll was called by the City Clerk. Present were: Councilman James,
Vice Mayor Wiley and Mayor DeLonga.
Councilman Prentiss was absent; Attorney Baldwin and City Manager, R. Carlson
were present.
MOTION TO PAY: Motion by Councilman James to Pay Desrochers Construction Company
$22,860.00 in accordance with requisition #7; seconded by Vice Mayor Wiley.
Unanimously approved.
No further business and meeting adjourned at 8:20 P.M. on a motion by Vice
Mayor Wiley seconded by Councilman James.
