CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS
EQUALIZATION BOARD MEETING
August 9, 1969 - -9:00 A. M.
The City Council of the City of Palm Beach Gardens met as an
Equalization Board for the 1969 Tax Roll on ,Saturday August 9,
1969 at 9:40 A. M at City Hall, 3704 Burns Road.
Vice Mayor Blanck presided and directed the City Clerk to call the
Roll. Present were: Councilman Bonner and Councilman Prentiss and
Vice Mayor Blanck.
Barry Rainwater of Hunnicutt and Associates was present as consult-
ant and arbitrator on assessments.
Thelma Compton,assessor, reported to the Board that as of 5 P. M.
Friday August S, 1969 no petitions had been presented.
Councilman Bonner stated that with no petitions and no further busi-
ness he would motion for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Prentiss.
Vote 3 ayes and 0 nays.
