`- SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
March 20, 1968
SPECIAL MEETING The special meeting of the Council of the City of Palm Beach
Gardens was held on March 20, 1968, at 5:00 P.M. at City Hall,
Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Vice Mayor Hughes presided.
QUORUM Vice Mayor Hughes asked the Manager to call the roll. All
Councilmen were present except Mayor Diamond.
PURPOSE OF MEETING Vice Mayor Hughes stated that the Mayor and Council had
called the Special Meeting for the purpose of canvassing
the election returns for the General Election held March 19,
1968.
RESOLUTION #10 -1968 Motion by Councilman Bonner, seconded by Councilman Brown,
that Res. #10 -1968, canvassing the returns of the General
Election held March 19, 1968, be read by the Clerk. The
vote was 4 -0 in favor of the motion. Motion by Councilman
Earle, seconded by Councilman Bonner that Res. #10 -1968 be
adopted as read by the Clerk. There being no discussion on
the motion Vice Mayor Hughes called for the question. The
vote was 4 -0 in favor of the motion.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Council,
Vice Mayor Hughes moved that the meeting be adjourned at
5:17 P.M.
